I am sorry to hear that you don't see your inApp purchase on your App. All purchases (plan or subscriptions) are made through iTunes Store.
If you have more than one account, make sure that you are logged into the right account.
Then, try to "restore" your purchase directly from your App.
- Tap "Credits"
- Scroll down to "Restore In-App Purchases"
This should fix the issue.
In case that this doesn't restore your purchase, double check that you were charged for the purchase and contact iTunes to request a refund. Please note that we will have to provide your receipt to get a refund.
