TextMe Up assigns you a TextMe Up number if you sign up from US, Canada, or UK. If you sign up from another Country you will still be able to use TextMe Up.
If you signed up from US, Canada, or UK, then you should be able to see your TextMe Up number from the left menu bar under your username.
If you don't see it, then:
- Check that your push notifications are activated from your device settings. TextMe Up doesn't assign number if the push is OFF.
- Go to Numbers from the bottom menu and tap "Get a new number".
Just be aware that TextMe Up numbers are reassigned if they are not used for over a certain period of time (depending on the Country).
To keep your TextMe Up number just use it to send or receive SMS, or call any number at least once every 25 days if you have an US number and every 15 days for Canadian number.
