If you 're having audio problems while in a call, please follow the guidelines below:
- Make sure you are running the latest version of TextMe Up.
- Check that you have your volume correctly set. Double check your (and your friend's) mute feature.
- Ensure that you and your friend have a good network connection.
- If you are using an iPod, please use a headset to call.
iOS9 asks for your authorization to access the microphone at the first call or sign up.
If the user answers ''No'', TextMe Up will be unable to use the features that need a microphone.
In case you rejected the authorization, go to Settings > Privacy (or Restrictions)> Microphone > TextMe Up and activate it!
